No matter what questions you have, we’ve got you covered in this 60 minute session where you get to chat with one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy and get the answers you’ve been looking for.

Have an injury you’re dealing with, but it’s a pain to get to Physical Therapy? We got you. Our Physical Therapist will set up a zoom call, and take you through everything as if you’re in office for a session. Work on strength, stability, and movement to get you out of pain.

Are you pretty good at staying on track with a program on your own but looking for extra guidance and PT advice specific to your needs?
We have set programs tailored to specific goals that include one 60 minute PT session and two 30 min follow up PT sessions. We will figure out your goals, put together a program for you to follow and recommend when to schedule your follow up sessions.
Looking for additional sessions or want a custom program? We can design a plan to match your goals and needs, schedule a call and we can talk it through!

Our combination of physical therapy and athletic training knowledge allows us to create a comprehensive plan to get you stronger, more confident, and injury-free for the season. All workouts are sent via a mobile app with full video example of exercises, cardio routines, and mobility work.
